Ok, I know we have a little over a month before summer 2017 is over, but I feel like something needs to be done about the fact that I’m sort of not looking forward to its end. Although the season that follows summer is my favorite, summer offers experiences and activities of its own that just can’t be rivaled. I feel as though I haven’t even participated fully in what summer has to offer this year! Well, I made tea-based Popsicles though and they're really delicious…you can’t get any more “summer” than that I guess…
