Eat Pretty by Jolene Hart, CHC, AADP

It’s not often that I pick up a “self-help nutrition” book, but when I do it’s usually super girly, pretty and boasts something about tea. “Eat Pretty” by Jolene Hart, CHC, AADP is not your average nutrition book. It isn’t overly complicated nor convoluted with dietary facts but rather it is a guide to proper nutrition season by season so that you can look your best from the inside out.

A book that boasts healthy consumption just wouldn’t be trust-worthy if there wasn’t at least a slight mention of tea. Jolene Hart dedicated an entire page in “Eat Pretty” to speak of her Tea Apothecary and how each specifically improves your health. I’m happy to see that my favorite tea is the last, but definitely not the least on her list!
